Application
Designed for steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and high-temperature casting applications where extreme thermal stability and chemical resistance are required.

Our zirconia ceramic foam filters are engineered for demanding steel and alloy-casting applications. Their highly refractory structure remains stable when exposed to extreme pouring temperatures and aggressive molten metals.
The uniform, tortuous pore network captures oxides and other non-metallic inclusions while promoting controlled, laminar metal flow. This improves casting cleanliness, consistency and overall yield.
Designed for steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and high-temperature casting applications where extreme thermal stability and chemical resistance are required.
Zirconia-based ceramic foam filters provide excellent refractoriness and thermal-shock resistance, ensuring reliable filtration under severe operating conditions.
