Application
Designed for the filtration of aluminium and aluminium-alloy melts, effectively removing oxides, slag and non-metallic inclusions.

Our alumina ceramic foam filters are manufactured using a precision replication process to create a uniform, open-pore structure. Their excellent chemical stability enables reliable filtration without reacting with molten aluminium.
The tortuous pore network captures oxides, slag and other non-metallic inclusions while regulating metal flow. This promotes cleaner, smoother castings and consistent performance at aluminium pouring temperatures.
